Dear Members,
French in Motion is delighted to invite you to participate in Rendez-vous with French Cinema 2025. For another year Unifrance & Film at Lincoln Center will present the 30th edition of the festival celebrating contemporary French film running from March 6 to March 16.
This year’s Rendez-Vous with French Cinema at Lincoln Center showcases standout films like Emmanuel Mouret’s Three Friends, Thibaut de Longeville’s documentary DJ Mehdi: Made in France, and Emmanuel Courcol’s The Marching Band. Other highlights include Agathe Riedinger’s Wild Diamond, Jonathan Millet’s thriller Ghost Trail, and Louise Courvoisier’s Holy Cow.
As part of its Free Talk Sessions, French in Motion will partner with the Gotham Film & Media Institute to present a Panel in honor of French and American filmmakers, in the scope of Producers Shaping the Future of Film.
This panel unites trailblazing film producers from France and the U.S. to examine how they are redefining the craft and business of filmmaking in today’s dynamic landscape. As the industry faces unprecedented challenges — from shifting distribution models to the rise of AI — these producers discuss how they navigate these changes while championing innovative storytelling.
Taking place on International Women’s Day, the conversation features 4 female producers who bring fresh perspectives and transformative leadership to the forefront of the industry.
